Our Little Ninja program consists of eight core life skills that 4-6 year olds need the most: Focus, Teamwork, Control, Memory, Balance, Discipline, Fitness and Coordination. Our goal is for young children to learn these skills while having fun doing it.
The program consists of seven belt levels and is an introduction to karate that sets the groundwork for younger children to transition into our Children’s Program.
If you would like to increase your child’s self-confidence, discipline, and self-esteem, then we invite you sign up for a free class trial. Our children/teen classes are a fun way for them to achieve fitness and focus while learning self-discipline, social skills, and respect for others.
Our classes provide structure while also offering a safe way for kids and teens to get out extra energy. Respect is a core value taught and students are instructed to show it to adults and their peers. Students are encouraged to support each other in an accepting environment.

Karate is a sport that you can actually participate in together with your children. By training in martial arts with your children, you can build a bond and create lifelong memories.
In addition, you will develop more confidence, discipline, self-esteem, leadership skills, teamwork, and improve your fitness level while having fun and learning to defend yourself.
